Open your profile menu
Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.

Your access after cancelling
Lovescape says your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and it simply stops renewing after that. Chips you’ve bought don’t expire, but they can’t be refunded either, and only active subscribers can buy new ones.
Refunds
Lovescape is clear on Chips: they are non-refundable. For subscriptions, its help center only says you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period; it doesn’t publish a refund policy. If you think you were charged by mistake, for example after a trial you didn’t expect to renew, write to help@lovescape.com with the date and amount first. What happens to your data
Cancelling doesn’t delete anything by itself. If you want your content gone, Lovescape’s help center documents two actions in each character’s “…” menu: Clear Chat deletes all chat history with that character, and Delete Character removes the character permanently. Both are irreversible. Lovescape says characters and chats are private by default and that it stores chat history so characters can remember you.
